Sutton C1090127 12.7mm 90° Single Flute Countersink - 1/4in Hex Shank - HSS

The Sutton C109 0127 (C1090127) is a 90° single flute countersink in high speed steel (HSS) with a 1/4 in hex shank, 1/2 in (12.7 mm) diameter and 47 mm overall length, for M6 screw heads. It is for countersinking screw holes in steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass and aluminium.

The 1/4 in hex shank suits impact drivers and quick change adaptors. It can also be used in portable and pedestal drilling machines. The bit is made from high speed steel, which offers the best combination of strength, heat and wear resistance.

Where this product is used

• Countersinking screw holes in steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass and aluminium.
• Use in an impact driver or a quick change adaptor, or in a portable or pedestal drilling machine.

Using the tool

• Match the countersink to the screw head so the head sits flush with the surface.
