Sutton 6.5mm D611 Multi-Purpose Drill Bit - Extra Length - 300 mm

The Sutton D611 is the Extra Length multi-purpose drill bit with a tungsten carbide tip (TCT), in 6 sizes from 6.5 to 13 mm, all 300 mm long. It is for drilling in various materials such as timber, concrete, brick, stainless steel, cast iron, steel and glass, and is especially suited to drilling multi-laminated construction materials.

Use hammer action for masonry materials only and rotary action for all other materials; drilling masonry materials before wood or steel will dull the tip and reduce cutting performance. The ground carbide tip has two cutting edges, a unique brazing process ensures a perfect bond between the tip and the body, and the L-profile spiral flute design efficiently extracts concrete, metal and wood particles. The parallel shank is for rotary or hammer drill applications.
