The Sutton H113 is a TCT Pro (Long) tungsten carbide tooth holesaw with an anti-shear arbor system and a cutting depth of up to 20 mm. The range has 18 sizes from 19 to 75 mm, each with its arbor. It is designed to cut steel, stainless steel, ferrous metals, aluminium, wood, chipboard, plastics and fibreglass.
Precision ground teeth are designed to cut difficult and abrasive materials with a smooth, high-capacity cut and long tool life, and to last up to 10 times longer than standard bi-metal holesaws. The ejector spring ejects the core automatically, the safety stopper is designed to prevent breakthrough and protect the work surface, and the replaceable pilot drill is held securely with a grub screw. It runs in hand-held and stationary drilling machines.

- Cutting holes in flat materials, pipe and curved surfaces in steel, stainless steel, ferrous metals, aluminium, wood, chipboard, plastics and fibreglass.
- Hand drilling machines: material thickness up to 6 mm and hole diameter up to 30 mm. Stationary drilling machines: material thickness up to 20 mm.
- Applications include DIY, trade, automotive, electrical, plumbing, metalworking and MRO.

Using the holesaw
- Use cutting fluid when cutting steel and stainless steel.
- In hand drilling machines, clear the chips in material thicker than 2 mm. In stationary machines, clear the chips in material thicker than 6 mm.
- Keep the drill speed moderate for the hole size and let the teeth cut rather than forcing the saw.
- Secure the replaceable pilot drill with the grub screw before drilling, and fit the pilot drill that matches the holesaw size.
