About Grade TS2500
Relatively hard micrograin grade for machining of superalloys and titanium in roughing applications and due to its design also applicable in a wide range of materials such as stainless steel. (Ti, Al)N + TiN
About the MR4 Chipbreaker
The MR4 has a negative T-land, which gives extremely high edge strength. The chip breaker is intended for more difficult machining applications on superalloys and titanium alloys, such as intermittent cuts and the machining of parts with the raw surface. Indicative machining range: f = 0,15–0,50 mm/rev, ap = 1,5–7,0 mm.
