About Grade TP40
Carbide CVD. Universal grade for a extremely secure performance in the most demanding application from steel, stainless steel to superalloys especially in castings and forgings. TiC/Ti(C,N) + TiN.
About the RR9 Chipbreaker
Extremely strong chipbreaker for single-sided negative inserts, for use at high feed rates. Suitable for difficult castings and forgings and for austenitic stainless steel. Indicative machining range: f = 0,5–1,2 mm/rev, ap = 2,5–15,0 mm.
