AAP 1", 25mm High Pressure Threaded Union | AIMS Industrial

A forged class 3000 threaded union that joins two threaded pipes with a free-spinning nut that can be unmade without rotating the pipe. Made to ASME B16.11-2009 from ASTM A105 carbon steel, hot-dipped galvanised with BSPT female threads, both ends cut at both ends. Hot-dipped galvanised finish to ASTM A153 gives long service life on exposed and buried runs. Threads are cut before galvanising and will engage standard BSPT or NPT pipe. As a pipe union in galvanised with BSPT connections, it pairs cleanly with the rest of the AAP high-pressure range so a complete joint can be built from one supplier.
