The Beaver safety cargo net is a heavy duty, tightly woven net for covering cargo on trailers, utes, boats, 4WDs and trucks, in three sizes: small (NETSYS1), medium (NETSYS2) and large (NETSYS3) (manufacturer-stated). Each net comes with four tie ropes and four cam buckles (manufacturer-stated).
Beaver states the net is load tested to 1,000 kg, and that its use is for covering cargo only and not in place of a ratchet tie down (manufacturer-stated). Beaver's data sheet says the net connects to an AS/NZS 4380 compliant load restraint system with the nominated RTD kit, and that netting systems alone are not compliant with AS/NZS 4380 (manufacturer-stated).
Beaver advises that all Australian states have regulations for covering loads, with penalties enforced, so check the rules that apply to your load.
