BECO 6001 Deep Groove Ball Bearing, Open Kiln Black, 12 x 28 x 8 mm

The BECO open kiln black range is a deep groove ball bearing built for high temperature service in kilns, ovens and furnaces. It has a kiln black finish, no seals or shields, so it is open on both sides, and is built on standard bearing boundary dimensions. This range has 6 sizes with bores from 12 to 55 mm across the 6000, 6200 and 6300 series.

Each size carries its own temperature rating: 270°C to 320°C or up to 320°C. The rating for each size is shown in the size table and in the specification for that size, so check it against your duty cycle when you select. Talk to the AIMS team about lubrication for your operating temperature and duty cycle before installation.

Select by bore, outside diameter and width.

The temperature rating differs by size, so the rating for the size you select is the one that applies. Check it against your duty cycle.

This bearing is open on both sides, so there is no seal or shield to hold lubricant in or keep dust out. Factor that into your lubrication and maintenance plan.

Fitting and use

Press the ring that has the interference fit onto its seat, and never push through the balls or the other ring.
