Selecting the right option

TCT burrs run at high RPM in die grinders — typical operating speed is 15,000–25,000 RPM for steel, higher for aluminium. Express Cut (also called single cut) is the standard for steel; Non-Ferrous Cut (double cut) removes material faster from aluminium, brass, and copper but is too aggressive on steel.
