Bossweld Bernard Style Insulated Gas Nozzles 13 to 19 mm fit Bernard style 200/300 and 400/500 MIG torches. Four copper (CU) insulated nozzles are available: 13 mm conical and 16 mm cylindrical for 200/300 torches, and 14 mm conical and 19 mm cylindrical for 400/500 torches. Each pack holds 2 nozzles.

The nozzle directs shielding gas around the weld pool to protect it from the atmosphere, and it shields the front end of the torch from spatter and heat.

Selecting the right option

Choose the nozzle to match your torch style, insulator and diffuser, and pick the diameter for the job: a larger nozzle gives wider gas coverage for higher-current welding, and a smaller one gets into tighter joints. Spatter that builds up inside a nozzle restricts gas flow and can cause porosity, so clean nozzles regularly and replace them when they are damaged or heavily worn.
