Colson H7 398 Direction and total lock Castor, 125 mm Wheel | H75R35K125

The Colson H7 (398) direction and total lock castor is a medical castor with a polyurethane wheel, a die-cast aluminium load-bearing housing and a highly polished plastic cover. It comes with a 125 mm or 150 mm wheel and is rated for 150 kg.

Precision ball bearings in the fork head give smooth swivelling, and a smooth selection function lets you set the castor. One central selection mechanism gives total lock and a direction lock that holds the castor straight. The switch mechanism is permanently grease filled.

Selecting the right option

Choose the wheel diameter by the ground clearance and floor you need, and confirm the long stem fitting suits the socket in your equipment. The manufacturer also lists an electrically conductive wheel version, so contact AIMS if you need an antistatic castor. Check the castor against the load on each castor, not the total load, and allow for uneven floors and shock loads.
