Dixon's 2024 catalogue notes that its SMS fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Swedish Milk Standard, ISO 2037 and ISO 2851 (manufacturer-stated). It lists the liner as an SMS x tube OD welding liner.
Dixon also lists a 3A sanitary finish on the inside and outside diameters of its euro fittings and says the weld side is made to imperial tube dimensions (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option
Confirm the union is SMS before ordering, because SMS, DIN and RJT unions are not interchangeable. Choose the size from the tube OD you are welding to. The liner works with an SMS round nut, a weld male and an SMS seal ring, which Dixon lists separately.
