Application

• Accurate groove depth is critical to the performance of any grooved piping system.

How to use:

• Place the diameter tape around the pipe or hose to be measured.
• For grooved pipe; check that the tape is sitting flat on the base of the groove; around the entire circumference. Measure the diameter.
• This measurement is taken by reading the point along with the tape that lines up with '0'.
• If the groove is within specification; the origin '0' will fall within relevant tolerance band; if the groove is outside specification; the '0' will be outside the revelent tolerance band.
