Dixon 08/066/02/000 Minsup Air Operated Lubricator 1" BSP Adjustable Jet

This Dixon Minsup® air operated lubricator has an adjustable jet in mild steel, made for areas where oil viscosity, pressure and temperature vary. It has a 1 in (25 mm) BSP thread and holds 1.2 litres of oil. Dixon lists it as 08/066/02/000 (manufacturer-stated).

Dixon developed the Minsup® oil bottle to keep rock drills lubricated across a normal 8 hour shift, and advises placing it no more than three metres from the machine so the oil reaches it in mist form (manufacturer-stated). The body is mild steel with a cast steel venturi, nitrile Buna-N O-ring and copper Bundy tubes, and the working pressure is 300 PSI (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

Use the adjustable jet where the oil, air pressure or temperature change and you want to set the flow yourself. If conditions are steady, the fixed 1 mm jet version is simpler. Both have the same 1.2 litre capacity, 25 mm BSP thread and 300 PSI rating.
