Dixon 08/066/01/000 Minsup Air Operated Lubricator 1" BSP Fixed Jet

This Dixon Minsup® air operated lubricator has a brass fixed jet, 1 mm in diameter, designed for use with rock drill lubricating oil. It has a 1 in (25 mm) BSP thread and holds 1.2 litres of oil. Dixon lists it as 08/066/01/000 (manufacturer-stated).

Dixon developed the Minsup® oil bottle to keep rock drills lubricated across a normal 8 hour shift, and advises placing it no more than three metres from the machine so the oil reaches it in mist form (manufacturer-stated). The body is mild steel with a cast steel venturi, nitrile Buna-N O-ring and copper Bundy tubes, and the working pressure is 300 PSI (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

Use the fixed jet when your oil and air conditions stay the same through the shift. If viscosity, pressure or temperature vary, the adjustable jet version suits those conditions better. Both have the same 1.2 litre capacity, 25 mm BSP thread and 300 PSI rating.
