Dixon's catalogue also prints a 15 mm polypropylene and Nyglass cap and plug with the note "Adaptor size is 20mm"; those 15 mm part numbers are not part of this listing.
Selecting the right option
Choose the size from the camlock fitting it will close: a dust cap is sized to match the coupling size, so a 50 mm dust cap goes with a 50 mm male adaptor. Match the body material to the fitting as well. Do not mix this plastic dust cap with aluminium fittings (manufacturer-stated). Dixon's size table also prints a working pressure beside each size, but Dixon states that dust caps and dust plugs are not to be used in any pressure applications (manufacturer-stated), so treat this dust cap as a cover only and never as a pressure seal. Dixon does not list a polypropylene dust cap in the 65, 125 and 150 mm sizes.
