Dixon 4" TTMA buttweld flange

This Dixon flange is a 100mm (4") TTMA flange in aluminium, 10mm thick, for welding to 100mm TTMA aluminium pipe on petroleum tankers. Its part number is TTF4-100AL. The series are solid cast lightweight aluminium, with a machined sealing surface and a standard 100mm (4") TTMA bolt pattern, and it converts threaded components to a standard TTMA flange configuration.

Dixon also offers a bolt circle diameter of 5.875 in for the 100mm (4") flange in the series.

• Welding a TTMA flange onto 100mm (4") aluminium pipe on a petroleum tanker
• Connecting a device with a 100mm (4") TTMA flange, such as an API adaptor or sight glass flange, to tanker pipework

Key specifications

Choosing the right option

Check your pipe and mating device are both 100mm (4") TTMA. The 80mm (3") flange is a different part, sold separately. Check whether you also need a TTMA flange gasket, and have the welding done by someone qualified for aluminium tanker work.
