Euroboor IBC.70 6.35 x 77mm Ejection Pilot Pin

Euroboor ejection pilot pins centre an annular cutter, control the oil flow and eject the slug (manufacturer-stated). There are 10 pins, 6.35mm (1/4") or 8mm (5/16") in diameter and from 77mm to 252mm long.

Euroboor states that pilot pins are essential for the use of annular cutters: the pin locks off the oil flow while the machine is at a standstill, is pushed into the machine when drilling starts so that oil flows into the cutter for cooling and lubricating, and pushes the slug out when the cutter is through the material, by means of a strong spring inside the magnetic drilling machine (manufacturer-stated).

IBC.75, IBC.100, IBC.130, IBC.140 and IBC.150 are listed in the catalogue pilot pin range but are not assigned to a cutter series in the cutter tables. IBC.100R, which the catalogue lists for the 12mm to 14mm TCT cutters, is not.
