Loc-Line modular hose systems at AIMS Industrial. Loc-Line is a ball-and-socket modular hose that snaps together from segments, so you can build a coolant, air or fluid line and aim it exactly where it is needed. We list 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 inch modular hose in segments, packs and coils, with assembly kits, nozzles, connectors, valves, fittings, manifolds, mounts and assembly tools. It is widely used for coolant delivery on machine tools, and for air, lubricant and vacuum lines.

Choosing a Loc-Line system
Start with the hose size, because segments, nozzles and fittings only fit their own size: 1/4 inch for small flows and tight spots, 1/2 inch for general machine tool coolant, and 3/4 inch for higher flow. Pick the nozzle for the job: round nozzles give a focused stream, flat fan and spray bar nozzles spread the flow, and flare nozzles suit larger coverage. Then choose the connector to match your thread (NPT or BSPT) and the mount, such as a fixed mount or magnetic base. An assembly kit is the easiest way to start, and a nozzle pack is useful if you are setting up several machines.
