Loctite 3090 Two Component Gel

The Loctite 3090 Two-Component Instant Adhesive is a two-part, gap-filling cyanoacrylate gel for parts with varying bond gaps up to 5 mm, and for jobs where excess adhesive must fully cure. It bonds plastics, rubbers and metals as well as wood, paper, leather and fabric, fixtures on steel in about 120 seconds and reaches 21 N/mm² lap shear strength. The gel won't run on vertical surfaces and cures clear and hard with low bloom. This is the 10 g syringe.

Dispense until both components flow, fit the mixer nozzle and discard the first 1 to 2 cm of bead, then apply to one surface and assemble within a few seconds, holding the parts until fixtured. Full strength develops over 24 hours, the cured bond handles -40°C to +80°C, and unopened stock should be kept at 2°C to 8°C. Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use.
