Loctite LB 8060 Silver Grade Anti-Seize

The Loctite LB 8060 Silver Grade Anti-Seize Stick (formerly Loctite 37783 / 8060) is a heavy-duty, silver-grade anti-seize thread lubricant in a mess-free stick. Its smooth texture suits fine threads, snug slip fits and closely mated parts that need to come apart easily after high-temperature service. It is typically used in applications up to 870°C, and on bolts it helps deliver more, and more even, clamp load for the same torque. This is the 19 g stick.

Rub a light coat onto clean, grease-free parts, put them together and wipe off any excess; there is nothing to brush, drip or spill, and it never cures, so parts stay serviceable. It is not a load-carrying lubricant for ball or roller bearings, and it is not suited to pure-oxygen systems or to chlorine and other strong oxidisers. Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use.
