Loctite 424 Instant Adhesive for Plastic

The Loctite 424 Instant Adhesive for Plastic & Rubber is a low-viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate with enhanced performance on EPDM and other elastomers. It fixtures in under 5 seconds on neoprene and nitrile, and 2 to 10 seconds on aluminium, ABS and PVC. It also bonds metals, and polyolefins with SF 770 or SF 7239 primer. This is the 25 ml bottle.
Apply to clean, grease-free surfaces and keep bond lines thin, around 0.05 mm, with gap fill up to 0.15 mm. Moisture in the air starts the cure, with full chemical resistance after 24 hours, and it is not suited to oxygen, chlorine or strong oxidiser service. Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use.
