The Mackay medium Multicushion kit, part number M10KITM55, contains 16 Multicushion isolators and 32 studs: four each of M10303055 (30 x 30 mm), M10304055 (30 x 40 mm), M10403055 (40 x 30 mm) and M10404055 (40 x 40 mm), all Duro 55.
Mackay says Multicushion isolators are made from high-grade natural rubber with passivated metal surfaces, that the studs are easily inserted with a screwdriver and that the microBOND fastener adhesive system provides secure thread locking (manufacturer-stated).
All four cushions have an M8 thread. The Max Load Kg printed on the kit page runs from 77 kg (M10303055) to 148 kg (M10404055). The kit page labels the 32 studs M6M6, but these cushions have M8 threads and the Stock Module kit page lists M8M8 studs for the same cushions, so confirm the stud type with Mackay if it matters to you.

The kit page prints four of each cushion and the stud count. Dimensions are in millimetres: A is the diameter and B is the height; the thread size comes from the Mackay cushion table. Mackay prints all properties as nominal and asks you to contact them for technical advice. The kit page labels the studs M6M6 although the cushions are M8 thread; the Stock Module kit lists M8M8 studs for the same cushions.
Selecting the right option
Use this kit when your equipment needs a range of medium cushion sizes in one pack. Pick the cushion that suits each mounting point by its load: the Max Load Kg for each part number is in the table, and because the figures are nominal you should contact Mackay for critical loads.
