Olfa RTY-1C 28mm Quick-Change Rotary Cutter

The Olfa RTY-1/C is a 28mm quick-change rotary cutter with a blade cover, for intricate cuts and small shapes (manufacturer-stated).

Olfa says the small size turns tighter corners than its larger rotary cutters and cuts multiple layers of fabric at once. The blade is released with a sliding lock and changed in a snap, and the handle includes a blade cover. It is designed for right- and left-handed use (manufacturer-stated).

Olfa describes the blade as tungsten steel and lists cloth, paper, rubber sheets and film among the materials it cuts. The RB28 is the standard refill, and the PRB28 perforation blade can also be fitted (manufacturer-stated). A hole at the end of the handle lets you hang the cutter.
