PFERD diamond files use a galvanically bonded diamond coating that cuts hard materials including carbide, hardened tool steel, ceramics and glass without loading or glazing. The DF 4205 set includes five needle file profiles to cover flat, round, half-round, square and triangular cross-sections. At 140 mm usable length, they give the reach needed for die and mould work, instrument repair and fine deburring. Handles low-wear cutting where conventional files are ineffective.
