Safra 5183 Aluminium MIG Wire 0.9 mm, 6 kg | 200217S

The Safra 5183 Aluminium MIG Wire is a precision layer wound, double diamond shaved wire for MIG welding aluminium where high sea water corrosion resistance is needed. It is classified AWS A5.10 ER5183 (manufacturer-stated).

It feeds well and gives good arc control, which makes it a good match for boat and ship repairs, bullbars, rollbars and storage tanks. It comes in 0.9 and 1 mm on 6 kg spools.

Selecting the right option

Choose the diameter to suit the material thickness and your wire feed system. Aluminium wire is soft, so feed it through a spool gun or push-pull gun for the best results.
