Sutton 1/8" D318 Carbide Centre Drill Bit - Imperial - VHM

The Sutton D318 is a plain-type solid carbide centre drill with a bright (uncoated) finish and a 60° stepped point. It is listed to ANSI B94-11 and has a plain cylindrical shank (d2 to h6).

Used to drill female 60° centre holes in the end of shafts and components which will later revolve between centres; designed to maintain accurate centre holes on long production runs; also used to ensure accurate starting and centring when precision drilling is required; suitable for materials up to 1600 N/mm².

This is the fractional-inch range: 6 sizes (size no. 1 to 6), from 3/64 to 7/32 in drill diameter, with overall lengths of 1 1/4 to 3 in.
