The Sutton H101 is a complete unit of an HSS sheet metal holesaw, arbor and 6.35 mm (1/4 in) pilot drill, in 7 sizes from 16 to 50 mm. Each holesaw has a 2 mm cutting depth for accurate, round, clean holes in steel and alloy sheets.
Purpose designed teeth are for optimum performance in sheet metal, and the safety stopper is designed to prevent breakthrough, protecting the work surface. The pilot drill is replaceable and secured with a grub screw, and the hex shank is designed for a positive grip in the chuck. The 16 to 25 mm sizes come with the HC1 arbor (1/2 in UNF) and the 32 to 50 mm sizes with the HC2 arbor (5/8 in UNF).

Using the product
- Match the arbor thread (1/2 in UNF or 5/8 in UNF) to the holesaw before fitting.
- Fit the pilot drill so it protrudes beyond the holesaw teeth, to set the centre of the hole.
- Check the chuck is tight and the arbor is running true before starting the cut.
- Start at a low speed and keep the drill square to the work. Use cutting fluid when cutting steel.
