Sutton H115 DG35 Drill Guide for Diamond Holesaws 19 to 35 mm

The Sutton H115 DG35 and DG70 are holesaw drill guides for diamond grit holesaws. DG35 suits 19 to 35 mm holesaws and DG70 suits 19 to 70 mm holesaws.

A drill guide is designed to hold the diamond holesaw in position at the start of the cut, so it does not wander on smooth, hard surfaces such as glazed tile. The larger DG70 guide covers the same range as DG35 and goes on to 70 mm. The DG70 guide is also included in the H115 0011 eight piece set.

• Starting a clean, accurately positioned hole in glazed tile, porcelain and stone with an H115 diamond holesaw.

Using the guide

• Position the guide over the hole centre and fix it so it cannot slide on the surface.
• Start the cut at low speed with a flood of water and remove the guide once the holesaw has cut a groove.
• Choose DG35 or DG70 to suit the largest holesaw you cut.
