The Sutton H128 is a tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) holesaw in 18 sizes from 22 to 102 mm (7/8" to 4"), with a 60 mm cutting depth. It is used to cut wood and nails, mild steel, stainless, cast iron pipes, MDF, plasterboard, laminate, brick and plastic.
The tungsten carbide tip is designed to cut 10 times faster than conventional bi-metal holesaws in timber. The easy to use release slots are designed for swift and easy core ejection. The thread follows the international standard and accepts all arbors. Each size takes a BD26 pilot drill.

Choosing the arbor and pilot drill
Arbor and pilot drill by size: 22 to 25 mm: 1/2" UNF thread, arbor UA1; 32 to 54 mm: 5/8" UNF thread, arbor UA2 or QFX; 57 to 102 mm: 5/8" UNF thread, arbor UA3 or QFX. The pilot drill is BD26 for every size. Matching arbors in the store: H112 universal arbors (UA1, UA2, UA3) and H103 Quick Fit arbors (QFX). Pilot drills: H107 BD24 and H112 BD26.
Using the holesaw
- Fit the holesaw to an arbor that matches its UNF thread, and fit the pilot drill so it protrudes beyond the teeth to set the centre of the hole.
- Check the chuck is tight and the arbor runs true before starting the cut.
- Start at a low speed and keep the drill square to the work.
- Use the release slots to push the core out of the holesaw after the cut.
