Sutton M7060300 Pin Punch 3 mm x 175 mm - Soft Grip, Chrome Vanadium Steel

The Sutton M706 pin punches range covers 8 sizes, 2-12 mm, with soft grip handles and chrome vanadium steel construction. A pin punch is a driving tool, typically used to drive pins that affix a fixture to a rotating shaft.

Made from high quality chrome vanadium steel with a black oxide finish. The point is hardened and tempered to withstand continuous use. An ergonomic soft rubber grip provides comfort and safety. The handle is colour coded.

Each pin punch is sold singly. The sizes are the point diameter of the pin punch and the overall length.

Using the pin punch

• Choose a punch diameter close to, but not larger than, the pin or hole it has to pass through.
• Hold the punch square to the pin and strike the head squarely with a hammer.
• Wear eye protection when striking hardened tools.
