The Sutton C200 is a range of 90° cross hole deburring countersinks in M2 high speed steel (HSS) for removing burrs. This range has 3 sizes for hole ranges of 5 to 10, 10 to 15 and 15 to 20 mm, with 8, 10 and 12 mm shanks.
The cross hole design is for removing burrs. M2 high speed steel offers the best combination of strength, heat and wear resistance. The tools suit steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass and aluminium, and can be used in portable and pedestal drilling machines.

Using the tool
- Use light pressure at a low to moderate speed and let the cutting edges remove the burr.
- Use cutting fluid when working steel or stainless steel.
- Hold the work firmly so the tool does not grab as it breaks through.
