Toho Push Trolley Stainless Steel 1T, 64 - 203mm

The Toho stainless steel push trolley carries a chain block or hoist along an I-beam when the load is pushed by hand. It is available in 1 and 2 tonne sizes and adjusts to suit beam widths from 64 to 203 mm (1 tonne) or 88 to 203 mm (2 tonne).

The manufacturer states that it complies with AS/NZS 4991 and meets or exceeds other international standards such as GS, CE and ANSI. A test certificate and instruction manual are supplied with every trolley.

• Moving a chain block or hoist along a beam in food, washdown and other corrosion-sensitive areas.
• Workshop and plant installations where hand-pushed travel along a runway is enough.

Selecting the right option

Confirm the beam flange width falls within the trolley range and that the trolley capacity is at least the rated capacity of the hoist plus the load. The trolley uses standard steel bearings. Lifting equipment must be used within its marked working load limit (WLL), inspected before each use, and selected and used in line with your site lifting procedure and the relevant Australian Standards.
