Toho Chain Block Aluminium 0.25Tonne (250kg) x 2.5m Lift

The Toho aluminium chain block is a lightweight manual (hand chain) hoist in 0.25 tonne (250 kg) and 0.5 tonne (500 kg) capacities, each with a 2.5 m lift. The aluminium body keeps the weight down to 2.14 kg on the 0.25 tonne model and 3.85 kg on the 0.5 tonne model, and an enclosed cover protects the mechanism from dust and corrosion.

The manufacturer states that the chain blocks comply with AS/NZS 1418.2. A test certificate and instruction manual are supplied with every chain block.

Selecting the right option

Choose the capacity for the heaviest load, allowing for the weight of any rigging used with the block. Lifting equipment must be used within its marked working load limit (WLL), inspected before each use, and selected and used in line with your site lifting procedure and the relevant Australian Standards.
