Jobber Drill Set Types

• HSS jobber sets: Standard high-speed steel — suitable for mild steel, aluminium, copper, brass and plastics in most workshop and maintenance applications.
• HSS-Co cobalt sets: 5% or 8% cobalt-enhanced HSS for harder alloy steels, stainless steel and work-hardening materials where standard HSS wears prematurely.
• TiN-coated sets: Titanium nitride coating improves surface hardness, reduces friction and increases drill life in steel, aluminium and composite materials.
• TiAlN-coated sets: High-performance PVD coating for dry or minimum-quantity lubrication drilling in hardened steel, cast iron and exotic alloys.

• Set case quality: Indexed plastic cases with individual drill grooves prevent damage and enable rapid size selection — preferable to cloth pouches in production environments.
