Choosing the Right Pump

• Fluid Compatibility: The fluid being pumped determines materials. Diesel: cast iron or aluminium. Chemicals and AdBlue: polypropylene or stainless steel. Ensure seals (Viton, EPDM, Buna-N) suit the fluid — the wrong seal degrades quickly and risks contamination or failure.
• Flow Rate & Power Source: Match pump flow rate (LPM) to your dispensing frequency and container size. 12V options suit vehicles and remote sites. 240V and pneumatic pumps suit workshops and fixed installations with available power or compressed air.
