Eze-Lap Diamond Sharpeners

Diamond sharpeners use industrial diamond abrasive bonded to a steel backing to sharpen cutting edges. Unlike conventional whetstones, diamond sharpeners cut rapidly on the first stroke and do not require water or oil to work. Diamond sharpeners maintain a flat surface over their working life as they do not hollow out like waterstones.

• Eze-Lap Diamond Pocket Sharpener: Compact oval-shaped diamond sharpener with a small footprint for pocket, pouch or tool kit storage. Used for field sharpening of knives, gut hooks, serrated blades and fish hooks. Available in Fine, Medium and Coarse diamond grades.
• Eze-Lap Diamond Credit Card Sharpener: Ultra-slim credit-card format diamond sharpener for convenient carry in a wallet, pocket or kit bag. Suitable for quick touch-up sharpening of knives and tools in the field or workshop.
• Eze-Lap Diamond Bench Stone: Larger flat diamond sharpening stones for bench use, providing a full working surface for sharpening chisels, plane irons, carving tools, kitchen knives and general cutting tools. Available in multiple grits and with non-slip bases.
• Eze-Lap Diamond Round Rods: Round diamond-coated rods for sharpening serrated knives, gouges, curved blades and the inside faces of carving tools where a flat stone cannot reach.
• Diamond Grit Selection: Select coarse grit (250–300) for repairing damaged or very dull edges, medium grit (400–600) for general sharpening, and fine grit (1000+) for honing and finishing a sharp edge. For most workshop and field sharpening, medium grit is the most practical all-purpose choice.

Pferd Chain Sharp — Chainsaw Sharpening

Pferd Chain Sharp is a dedicated system of chainsaw sharpening files, filing gauges and sharpening kits designed for accurate, consistent hand-sharpening of chainsaw chains in the field or workshop.

• Pferd Chain Sharp Files: Round chainsaw files in diameters matched to specific chain pitch sizes (3/8", .325", etc.). Pferd files are manufactured to consistent diameter and hardness tolerances to sharpen cutter teeth accurately without over-filing.
• Pferd Chain Sharp Filing Gauge: The Chain Sharp filing gauge attaches to the chain and guides the file at the correct angle and depth to sharpen cutter teeth consistently and set the correct depth gauge (raker) height.
• Pferd Chain Sharp Kits: Chain Sharp kits combine the file, filing gauge and depth gauge tool in a single pack for complete chainsaw chain maintenance. Available for the most common chain pitch sizes used on Australian chainsaws.
