Choosing an idler pulley
Start with the belt. Flat belts suit the flat idlers, V-belts need a V-belt idler matched to the belt section (A, B, C or 5V), and round belts need the round belt idler. Flanged and non-flanged versions are both listed, so check which suits your layout.
Then check the outside diameter, bore and width against your drive. Several listings cover a range of sizes, so choose the OD you need on the product page. The bearing type is stated in each title as single row, double row or 4 point heavy duty.
