This AAP flanged fire safe ball valve has a full bore, a carbon steel body and ANSI Class 300 flanges. It is supplied in 8 sizes from 1/2 in (15 mm) to 4 in (100 mm).
A ball valve turns a ball with a hole through it between sealing seats. When the lever or handle is in line with the pipe the hole lines up with the flow and the valve is open, and a quarter turn closes it. AAP notes that the handle sits in line with the port, so it shows the valve position.
AAP lists a cold working pressure of 5,100 kPa (51 bar) and a maximum working temperature of 200 degrees C, with flange dimensions to ASME B16.5 and face-to-face dimensions to ASME B16.10 (all manufacturer-stated). The body is ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel, the ball is CF8M (316 stainless steel), the stem is SS316, the seat is RTFE and the stem packing is graphite (manufacturer-stated). AAP gives the applications as refinery, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power.
AAP names the valve fire safe but does not state the fire test standard it was tested to, so confirm that with AIMS if your job needs a certified fire-tested valve. AAP also lists an operating torque for each size, shown below, which is net without safety factors.

Choose the size to match the line and check the flange drilling against your mating ANSI Class 300 flange. AAP also lists Class 150 carbon steel and stainless steel versions.
