This AAP branch outlet with threaded end, NPT is a forged carbon steel fitting. It is supplied in 15 sizes, 1/8 x 1 in (6 x 25 mm) to 2 x 6 in (50 x 150 mm).
A branch outlet is an integrally reinforced forged fitting that is welded onto a header pipe to make a branch connection. AAP lists it to MSS SP-97-2012. The size is shown as two sizes, smaller first. AAP does not say which is the outlet and which is the header pipe, so confirm this with AIMS before you order. The outlet end is threaded. A and B are the dimensions lettered on the AAP drawing; AAP's table does not name them.
AAP lists its branch outlets to MSS SP-97-2012 in its high pressure section and does not print a pressure class on the branch outlet tables (manufacturer-stated). Confirm the rating you need with AIMS before you order.

A and B are the dimensions lettered on the AAP drawing, in millimetres. AAP's table does not name them or say which size is the outlet and which the header. A dash means AIMS is not showing a weight for that size while the figure is checked with AAP.
Selecting the right option
Choose the size and thread to match your header pipe and outlet. AAP also lists sizes in this range (POT4040, POT4050), which AIMS does not currently list. Ask if you need one.
