This AAP stainless steel buttweld equal tee is grade 316/316L stainless steel, Schedule 10S. It is supplied in 9 sizes, 1/2 in (15 mm) to 4 in (100 mm).
An equal tee has three butt weld ends of the same size, so a pipe run can branch off at right angles. C is the centre to end distance, the same at each end.
AAP supplies its stainless steel butt weld fittings made from welded stainless steel pipe, which is made from 2B or HRAP stainless steel strip formed to shape and longitudinally welded. AAP lists high tensile strength, a robust build and rust free properties as the advantages of these fittings, and says they are most commonly used in refinery complexes, chemical production and petrochemical engineering (manufacturer-stated).

A, B and C are the dimensions lettered on the AAP drawing, in millimetres. A is the outside diameter and B the inside diameter at the weld end. Wall thickness is from the ASTM A312M table AAP lists for Sch 10S. Figures AAP lists that conflict with its own neighbouring sizes are left blank (-) until AAP confirms them.
Selecting the right option
Match the schedule and wall thickness to the pipe you are welding to. AAP does not publish a pressure rating for the fittings themselves. AAP also lists a 6 in size (code printed as SWT10316196), which AIMS does not currently list. Ask if you need one.
