This AAP galvanised fixed flanged 90 degree elbow has a Table D flange on each end and turns a line through 90 degrees. It is supplied in 5 sizes from 3 in (80 mm) to 8 in (200 mm).
The flanges are fixed to the elbow. AAP lists it as general purpose (SGP), in its galvanised flanged irrigation range, with a wall thickness of 4.2 mm (3 in) to 5.8 mm (8 in).
Dimension B is the bore of the fitting, which works out from the stated wall thickness, and C is the distance from the centre to the face of the flange. Fastener sizes and Table D flange details are listed below for each size.

Selecting the right option
Choose the weight to suit the wall thickness your pipework needs: AAP offers this elbow in both SGP and STD weight, and STD is the heavier wall. Check the flange table on your mating flanges is Table D, because AAP lists other flange tables as available on enquiry only. AAP can add priming sockets to these fittings. Add -PS and the socket size to the part number (AAP lists socket sizes from 1 in to 3 in). Priming sockets on some fittings may carry an extra charge and not every product is ex-stock, so confirm the details with AIMS before ordering. AAP also offers a fabrication service for custom-made fittings, and other flange tables are available on enquiry, so contact AIMS if you need something that is not listed.
