1/8 in (6 mm) Mini Brass Ball Valve, Female x Female | VBBM06

This AAP mini brass ball valve has a stainless steel lever and female threaded ends. It is supplied in 5 sizes from 1/8 in (6 mm) to 3/4 in (20 mm).

A ball valve turns a ball with a hole through it between sealing seats. When the lever or handle is in line with the pipe the hole lines up with the flow and the valve is open, and a quarter turn closes it. AAP notes that the handle sits in line with the port, so it shows the valve position.

AAP lists it in its general purpose brass ball valve section as a mini valve. The mini valves are small, from 1/8 in (6 mm), with a handle length of 20 to 26 mm. AAP does not give a separate pressure or temperature rating for the mini range in its catalogue, so confirm the rating for your duty with AIMS before you order.
