The BECO BHTS ZZ GR CG 350° runs to 350°C with no grease in it at all. In place of a steel cage it carries a one-piece graphite coronet cage, and that cage is the lubricant — it releases graphite onto the raceways as the bearing turns, for the life of the bearing.
Rings and balls are stabilised AISI 52100 chrome steel with a manganese phosphate coating, clearance is 4xC5, and ZZ shields keep debris out. With no grease, there is nothing to burn off, drip or contaminate the product — and no oil dropping system to fit.
