EasyRoll Cast Iron Wheel, Plain Bearing, 75 mm | W16G75

The EasyRoll cast iron wheel is available in 75 to 100 mm diameters, with plain bearings. The load capacity is 115 to 225 kg per wheel, depending on the size (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

Check the bore ID against your axle, the hub length against the space in your fork or frame, and the load capacity per wheel against the total load shared across all the wheels. The bore ID and bush ID are as listed by EHI, so confirm the axle size you need with AIMS before ordering. Choose the wheel material for your floor type first, using the EHI ratings above, then check the load. Plain bearings consist of a bearing shell solidly connected with the wheel, which turns around an axle tube bolted to the housing. EHI states that under normal conditions they are maintenance free and corrosion resistant (manufacturer-stated). Load capacity is shown per wheel (manufacturer-stated). For castors on a four wheel trolley EHI recommends each castor is rated for at least 35 percent of the total load, which is the weight of the trolley plus what it carries (manufacturer-stated).
