CRC SmartWasher OzzyJuice SW-8 is a water-based parts washer fluid made for cleaning parts built from soft, yellow and select metals. It contains no solvents, rinses clean without streaking, and its phosphate-free formula leaves no white residue as parts dry – so aluminium, magnesium, titanium and copper alloy components come out clean and unmarked.
In a CRC SmartWasher, OzzyJuice lifts oil and grease off the part while naturally occurring microbes in the filter break those contaminants down into carbon dioxide and water. The solution cleans the part, and bioremediation keeps the solution clean. It is non-caustic, non-toxic and non-flammable, and is designed to run heated to 40–46°C.
