Dixon CODE1000025 25 mm x 5 m Composite Petrol & Oil Suction & Discharge Hose

This Dixon anti-static composite hose is made for suction and discharge on plant equipment, road tankers and rail tankers, for a wide range of hydrocarbons with 100% aromatic resistance (manufacturer-stated). It has a white composite tube, a green composite cover, polypropylene film and fabric reinforcement and galvanised steel inner and outer wires, and it is mandrel built, lightweight and flexible (manufacturer-stated).

Dixon says the hose is constructed to AS 2683:2000 Type 1 Grade 3 and EN 13765:2018 Type 3 (manufacturer-stated). It is rated at 150 PSI (10 bar) working pressure, 750 PSI (50 bar) burst and 0.9 bar vacuum for temperatures from -30 to 80 degrees C (manufacturer-stated). The store lists 25, 32, 50 and 100 mm hose in 5 m and 40 m lengths.

The 5 m and 40 m lengths (part numbers ending 040 for 40 m) are store options. The store sizes 25, 32, 50 and 100 mm are the 25.4, 31.8, 50.8 and 101.6 mm catalogue sizes.

Check the fuel or chemical against the hose materials and aromatic resistance, and have end fittings made up by a competent person to the hose maker's instructions.
