Dixon HA0226 2" External Crimp Female Stem Holedall BSM (RJT)

This Dixon Holedall stem is a female BSM (RJT) external crimp stem in 316 stainless steel, made for inch-bore hose. Dixon lists it in six sizes from 1" (HA0224) to 4" (HA0294). The coupling follows the RJT (BSM) standard AS 1528.2 - 2001 for screwed couplings (manufacturer-stated).

The stem is crimped onto the hose with a Holedall external crimp ferrule. The matching male stems are HA0219 to HA0223 and HA0293. Dixon states that its stems are made to suit inch-bore hose and not metric hose, so measure the hose inside diameter before you order (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

Choose the stem by the inside diameter of the hose, in inches, then choose a ferrule to suit the hose outside diameter. Dixon lists the matching 304 stainless steel Holedall external crimp ferrules as HA0249 (1"), HA0250 (1-1/2"), HA0251 (2"), HA0252 (2-1/2"), HA0253 (3") and HA0301 (4"), each with a dash number that is chosen by the hose outside diameter (manufacturer-stated). Use the female stem when you are connecting to a male RJT (BSM) fitting, and the male stem (HA0219 to HA0223 and HA0293) when you are connecting to a female one.
