Gates Micro-V Ribbed Belt

The J-section profile and 2.34 mm rib pitch on this poly v belt set the pulleys it can run on and the loads it can carry. Gates uses a truncated rib geometry, so the belt flexes more easily on small diameter sheaves and runs faster without building heat. The polychloroprene compound is fibre-filled and bonded to polyester tensile cords, which keeps tension stable across the rib count and supports a long service life on a gates micro v belt drive. Operating range is -31 °C to +80 °C.
