Linishall Heavy Duty Belt Grinder 2000/75/P1 - 2000 x 75 mm Belt, 3.0 kW (4 HP)

The Linishall heavy duty belt grinder (linisher) is a fully guarded machine for the larger 2000 mm belts, with a hinged flap on top for platen linishing, a front dust chute, a rear dust extractor port, a front eye guard and tool rests. It is fitted with a DOL starter and an E-stop switch. The belt linear velocity is 30 m/s and the motor speed is 2800 rpm.

Motor options run from 1.5 kW (2 HP) to 4.0 kW (5 HP), single or three phase by model. The slower belt speed avoids burning softer materials such as wood and plastics. It is adjustable for height by swivelling about the pivot point, belt tracking and changing is simple, and the delta stand is included, so it can also be used bench mounted by removing the stand.
